We are a high volume call, small business. By Small Business, I mean we employee 4 full time, Amazing Team members at Mid Tex but only 2 really in the office handling a Bulk of our calls. We had the Phone Blues, like Big time! Chasing phones, horrible connections, everything outdated, Nothing hands free, 2 phone lines that had separate phone numbers. Like….Totally. …..Not Productive at all.

We Have been Saved! We have 6 lines that ring and roll effortlessly to one another. We can all answer and control the functions of the call from our Incredibly light Wireless Headsets.

We also have had Critical Update clean up all the spaghetti mess of wires near all of our desks. Let’s face it, I was scared to unplug anything out of the fear it would never work right again. We sell cars and Service our Customers but Computers and Phone systems. …..Um No.
