I called Critical Update and talked to Luis Delgado and he told me he would have a tech there the next day. He said it would cost $85 an hour and shouldn’t take more than an hour. His tech Jeremy called me that night to set up a time for the next day and was there promptly as scheduled. He was courteous and professional and able to get my drives installed in less than an hour. I would definitely hire them again!
